MADESTA operates under EN 1090-2 and EN ISO 3834-2 with documented welding procedures, qualified welders, structured inspection and a standardised documentation package — the four things that decide whether a steel fabrication supplier passes a customer audit.
Every certificate below is current, renewed on schedule and downloadable as PDF. Scope statements describe exactly which processes and material groups are covered — we don’t claim more than the certificate covers.
Welding is coordinated by an IWE/IWS-qualified welding engineer. Every welder is qualified to EN ISO 9606-1 in the relevant position and process. Production is performed against approved WPS, and welding records are kept per joint.
Processes in scope 135 · MIG/MAG · 136 · FCAW · 141 · TIG
Material arrives with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificates. At cutting, heat number and plate ID are transferred to every cut part — either as hard stamps or as tagged markers — and remain visible through forming, welding, treatment and final packing.
3.2 certificates available where customer specification or directive requires third-party verification.
Inspection test plans are agreed with the customer at order kick-off — including hold points, witness points and the documentation each step produces. Customer inspectors are welcome at any agreed hold point.
A consistent, indexed handover — not a folder of unsorted PDFs. The exact contents are agreed up-front; below is the standard package.
Send us your standard supplier quality questionnaire or request a sample documentation package. Our quality manager will respond within two working days.
