Steel components for wind energy supply chains.

For wind energy OEM and their tier-1 suppliers, MADESTA manufactures steel components where repeatable quality, traceability and reliable delivery are critical.

What wind customers need

The supplier risk wind OEMs actually worry about.

Wind components don’t fail because of one bad weld. They fail audit qualification because traceability gaps, undocumented procedures and inconsistent execution accumulate across a batch. We’re built for the audit.

/N·01

Repeatable quality

Welded series of identical parts where dimensions, weld geometry and surface finish stay the same across the batch.

/N·02

Audit-grade traceability

Heat number visible on every part, linked to the right material cert, through cutting, welding, coating and packing.

/N·03

Certified welding

EN ISO 3834-2 welding under approved WPS with qualified welders. Welding records released with the order.

/N·04

Reliable schedule

Batch delivery aligned with the customer’s production plan. We don’t take an order we can’t deliver on time.

/N·05

Indexed documentation

Material certs, welding records, NDT reports, dimensional reports, coating reports — indexed and delivered with the goods, not chased by email.

/N·06

EU logistics

Direct road transport from Riga to Denmark, Germany and the Nordics. Port-accessible for sea shipping. Customs in EU.

Frequently asked

What wind procurement & quality teams ask first.

Short answers below. We’re happy to extend any of these into a proper technical discussion — just reply to the RFQ confirmation with what you need clarified.

/Q·01

What drawing formats can I send?

PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP / STP and Excel BOMs. ZIP archives up to 250 MB. We can also work from 2D PDF with weld symbols only — we’ll request 3D where it matters.
/Q·02

Which certifications do you hold?

EN 1090-2 execution class EXC3, EN ISO 3834-2, ISO 9001. NDT personnel qualified per EN ISO 9712. Welders qualified per EN ISO 9606-1. Full certificates downloadable from the Quality & Traceability page.
/Q·03

Do you provide material traceability?

Yes. EN 10204 3.1 standard, 3.2 when specified. Heat number is transferred to every cut part and carried through to packing.
/Q·04

Can you support confidential projects under NDA?

Yes. Tick the NDA checkbox in the RFQ form and we’ll send a mutual NDA for signature before files are opened. Drawings are stored on a server with restricted access.
/Q·05

Where do you deliver?

Active delivery routes in the EU and Scandinavia — Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Netherlands. Direct road access to Port of Riga for sea shipping. EU customs.
/Q·06

What documentation comes with delivery?

Material certificates, welding records, NDT reports, dimensional reports, coating reports, declaration of conformity per EN 1090-1, packing list and delivery documents. See the Quality page for the full structure.
