In-house shot blasting to Sa 2.5 and liquid paint application in climate-controlled spray booths. Paint systems are specified to ISO 12944 for corrosivity categories C3 through C5M, covering offshore and industrial environments.
Dry film thickness (DFT), adhesion (cross-cut and pull-off) and holiday testing are performed on all coated surfaces. Inspection results are recorded and included in the delivery documentation package alongside the paint system data sheets and batch certificates.
