Plate rolling & forming

Four 3- and 4-roll plate bending machines for cans, cones and complex shell sections — plate thickness 6–200 mm and width up to 4,500 mm across the machine range. We also offer press brake forming, profile bending and ring rolling for flanges and rings.

Quality control

Dimensional verification

All rolled and formed components are dimensionally inspected against drawing tolerances using calibrated templates, laser measurement and coordinate measuring equipment. Out-of-roundness reports are available for pressure-retaining shells.
