In-house CNC milling, boring and deep-hole drilling performed after welding on large fabricated assemblies. Tolerances to IT7 eliminate the need for subcontractor machining and shorten overall lead time.
Machining is planned in parallel with welding to avoid delays. Thermal stress-relief treatment is performed before final machining where required by drawing or customer specification. Dimensional reports accompany every machined assembly.
